When clicking on "become a vendor" potential sellers are asked to accept terms and conditions, I'd like to edit the terms and conditions but have no idea where to find them.

Where can I edit this?
From your admin console, go to Administration > Languages > Translations
In the search bar enter "terms_and_conditions_content"
The content is html, so be sure to replace with same.
