Moving Design From Dev Server To Live Site

I have a theme installed on my DEV server, when I want to move all the modifications to the live site, do I just need to copy theme_name_folder to live site and activate?



I did try this, but images and items are all missing?



Is there other options in database ?



The live site and local site have the same products …



Live site = OLD Design

Dev Site = NEW design
