Moved to New Server (now "Error: Cannot connect to the database server")

Our Web host moved us from a shared server to a VPS. Now one website with CS-Cart gives this error, but none of our other CS-Cart sites have this error…







Does anyone have any ideas? The files look right when I view the code…
