The site is cs-cart with a lot of help from Valentin and a few others in the forum. The frontend is Wordpress and the helpdesk ticket system is os-ticket. It’s mostly the basic theme, which I like :-) but I did buy a theme and decided not to use it. It’s really the barebones of what I want to do with the site so after it’s settled in will be adding more features.
