Looking For Design Work On Theme

I am looking for someone with cscart and css expertise who is able to help me with some customization to a purchased theme (http://www.energothemes.com/cs-cart-themes/vivashop-your-ultimate-responsive-cs-cart-theme.html)

The site is 4.3.4 but i will be upgrading to 4.3.5 probably.

I have the jpgs of the changes required and could also provide the psd files.

I already asked them, they said they were too busy to take on the project.
