Logos dont appear on emails and Invoices

Hi,



Emails and invoices being received by customers don’t have company logo displayed.



Logo files have been uploaded and can be viewed online.



There is an embedded error in the emails that customer receives.



Error! Filename not specified.



Why don’t they appear in emails and invoices?

Anyone?

Something is off in your templates… Did you edit them? You may need to let someone look at your code.



The least you can do is to re-write email templates with the default ones.

Templates have not been touched.



I would expect the base templates to at least work!!.





If i now submit a ticket I then get charged for support to fix a bug!!

More than likely the image files don’t have the correct permissions.

Cannot be, other wise they would not show up in admin. It is being read by the same user from the same group.
