Locked out of my store!

I need a little help please.

I was reading how I might upgrade security on our shops online store and I checked the ‘Allow access to the admin from specified IPs only’. As soon as I did this I was given ‘You are not allowed to access this area’

My computer is connected to a main server and my ip address is always the same. Can someone help?
