Since we reinstalled CS-Cart 1.3.5, we’re not seeing any information on our visitors on Live Help. All we’re able to see is the IP address. We’re missing: Browser Info, Country, OS, Referrer, URL & Current Page Title.
Any idea where the problem might be?
Other than this, it seems to work just fine.

I’m wondering if there’s a setting on the server that might be the issue.
