Live Help was installed on my PC and running smoothe. Today I logged in and opened live help but it opened as a small square box on the desktop and all I could see was the green connect button. When I maximize live help it allows me to connect but all of the items on the screen are gone. I have to manually add each back and it doesn’t have the correct color, etc, settings are not saved. Also, it doesn’t run after connecting. I’ve had this problem on another PC before and eventually gave up. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
