Some Vendors complain script makes back-end portal loading very slow on Chrome browser. I found there is few old jQuery libraries (3.3.1.min.js) still supported. Have anyone experienced similar problem? Processor usage is very high which makes work with CS-Cart not comfortable. Can I replace those libraries with newer one?

This is fairly normal. If cs-cart wanted to achieve optimum efficiency, they would have to rewrite everything in Vanilla JS, which in turn is very prone to bugs, and is way harder to maintain.
Problem doesn't exist on Firefox. It's make me confused. I checked few version of Google Chrome with same results - page freeze for 15-25 seconds.
