Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me with this? It sounds simple enough… I just want a tally of the items in each order shown on the packing slip as a way for pickers/packers to double-check they have the correct number of items. Two of the same item count as two items etc.

I have the same problem. It only happens with configuration items and items get duplicated in the database.
If anyone has any thoughts please feel free.
