Can someone help me with a product export issue.
When I export products to the server the Product CSV is created in /var/exim
I can then log in and download with no issues, I can do product upload with no errors.
My Problem is
When I choose to Direct download. It is going through all the processing, asks me to save file
But can not download as it can not access the file.
it fail with the following error.
products_general_11132013(4).csv.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
I am sure this is a permissions problem. but I do not know were the temporary products_general_11132013(4).csv file is being created to check the folder permissions.
For anyone who is having the same problem, I have found the cause of the above and a few other issues I was having with uploading images etc.
When SSL is enabled for admin product export simple do not work properly.
Once I disabled the https: and cleared the cache. everything worked.
I am not sure if this is a bug or not.
