since i have upgrade to the newest vs cart version some blocks are grey and not blue
Is this a bug? how ca i solve this?
This is not a bug. But these blocks has the Disabled status and not processed in the store-front
You can enable them with the corresponding buttons

yes but they was blue in the past and they are also active in the front store page
As example you see search, cart and my account are active in the store front page but they are grey in the blocks design page which is very strange. Its hard if i have to activate all blocks again manually.
I have never faced such issue after upgrade. It is required to examine it directly on your CS-Cart installation
