Is there any alternate to quick books? I am looking for something to be used in switzerland. I want it to be associated to the website and it should be easy for me to track online orders wholesale and retail and telephone order or direct customer visit order and so on. should have nice invoice templates and so on.

Xero is cloud based accounting software. Supports the REST API like Cs Cart. We've moved from QB to this and find it much better. Our bank feeds, Paypal transactions etc all pipe straight into Xero. https://www.xero.com/

No. I think people are confusing CS-Cart for an accounting package, it is not and never will be. Xero and the other cloud base accounting solutions like GoDaddy import data from your bank account, paypal, ebay, amazon ect…Xero looks good but we went with GoDaddy mainly because we found a 30% OFF coupon code (CJCRMNOUT) and so far have been very impressed, being able to run P&L reports within seconds is outstanding plus GoDaddy has a mobile App, Xero also has a mobile app. One feature I liked about GoDaddy is being able to input my mileage expense with the mobile app and can even take pictures of receipts and attach to expenses - Sno

Can I link quickbooks desktop version with CS cart? As I feel online quickbooks is expensive. Is it free to link quickbooks desktop with cs-cart?
