Is There A Way To Do A "bulk Import" For Shipping Prices?

Hi,

Lets say that we are shipping to many countries, and the shipping rate is entered for each 0.5kg;

Is there a way to do a "bulk import" for shipping prices? instead of entering the rate for each country for each weight ?
