Is there a way to add a new user registration form to a block on a page?

I am using CS-cart v3. I want to add a user registration form below some intro text on a page.



Is there a way that I can add the form to a page using blocks?



If is there any other way?



I have been trying for hours and can't find a way to add the registration form to a page.



Any help much appreciated
