Is it possible to have an admin user who has access ONLY to Orders?

Trying multivendor edition v3.x.



I want to know if its possible to have an admin user who has access ONLY to Orders?

Who can Add, Update & Delete Orders ONLY, be for all vendors or any particular one?



It is important for my system as all the Phone Orders shall be handled by Tele Caller Executives & they cannot be given access to any other part of the CS Cart. They shall deal ONLY with the orders.
