Internet Explorer - Customer Registration Issues

Had a few customers using IE (no I didn't get the version as neither were tech savvy and didn't have time to chase that) who have not been able to register...keeps receiving password not accepted or something along those lines. Switched them to Chrome and it's ok... something I need know? Known bug?

I don't use IE... FF or Chrome only, nor have I been able to replicate using IE here.

could be an older version of ie, or compatibility mode etc.

you need to nail down what version and what exact message they get to sort it
