International Shipping Rates Being Offered to Domestic Customers

Does anyone know why my shopping cart would be offering international shipping rates to my domestic customers? I’m in the US. See the attached screenshot.

I think you may have incorrectly set rate areas (they contain wrong countries). It’s hard to say without looking at shipping configuration.

This issue seems to have come about as a result of the latest CS-Cart update, which included updated shipping options. Apparently First Class Mail International is no longer a thing, and the update changed the setting for it to Ground Advantage. Anyway, I think I have it sorted now.
