I previously installed CS Cart into the /shop folder off of the root (httpdocs) folder, in the event I needed additional flexibility later for other web apps. We also had a temporary countdown page at the root while we were finishing up the commerce site.
Now that we want to make the site live, I’d like to point the domain to a new root folder (/shop). However, when I did this on hostgator, there seems to be a path issue – I was getting missing media as well as 404 errors.
I did look at the config.local.php file but tried the path as ‘/shop’ as well as ‘’, but both had issues.
Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?
