Insert Getresponse Javascript Form On Page

If I add a 



into a page's description or in the block with {literal} tags the form is added below the whole design and not within the page layout.


 


I tried adding in page_content.post.tpl with $smarty.request.page_id eq but this method also added the form below the footer.
