Index Page Not Loading Properly

when arriving at page, items dont work properly, some block are not showing (popular products block)

Some items not showing in best sellers

mega menu wont work.

Now if I then go to another page www.hivis.co.uk/faq-en.html

and back to index page, it all loads fine.

I disabled all third party addons, cleared cache, still same problem

I enabled error reporting on config.php and get this error when arriving at home page ONLY home page, if navigating to another page then back, site works fine.

Uncaught TypeError: $.ceEvent is not a function

Uncaught TypeError: elm.owlCarousel is not a function

any ideas

Thanks, Cs have sorted this today, it was a problem with a custom mapped block.
