Incorrect coupon % deducted from price

I am using version 2.1.1



I created a coupon and set the checkout coupon “by percentage of original price” at 10%



Now I add a product to the cart which costs £11.20 and apply the coupon code



10% off £11.20 will make the new price = £10.18



but the cart makes the price = £10.08 at 11%



How to fix this problem, does anyone else have the same issue?

The discount is calculated properly as long as 10% off £11.20 is £1.12. So the discounted price is:



£11.20 - £1.12 = £10.08
