In need of a developer

We are currently seeking a skilled developer to create a custom addon for our platform cs-cart free. The addon should include the following features:

1.Flexible Product Quantity Steps: Users should be able to add products to their cart in specified quantity steps. For instance, they should have the option to add products in increments ranging from 1 to 12 or 6 to 12, depending on the product.

2.Individual Minimum Order Quantities: Each product should have its own minimum order quantity. If a user attempts to add a quantity below this minimum, they should receive an immediate alert before checking out, indicating that the minimum cart quantity for that product has not been met.

3.Individual Maximum Order Quantities: Similarly, each product should have a set maximum order quantity, distinct from a global setting. This will ensure users can’t exceed the maximum quantity specified for any individual product.

We are looking for a solution that is both user-friendly and efficient, enhancing our customers’ shopping experience while maintaining control over product order quantities.

Hi. You might not need a developer for that.

CS-Cart Store Build Free only allows to set these parameters globally (for all products at once) in “Settings > Checkout”. But if those settings do the job already, and you just need to set them separately for each product, then the solution already exists.

In CS-Cart Store Builder Plus, you can go to “Settings > Checkout” and use the icons to the right. That should make the needed settings appear on the product level.

These settings were hidden on the product level by default, because they made the product editing page more complicated than it needed to be… At least for most types of products.
