When i export product from CS cart and then import this file after changing, the error " Error The delimiter in CSV file differs from the one selected by you"
Please advice what is do?

Make sure that you have selected the same delimiter that is used in the CSV file you are importing.
Try to check .csv file in any simple file editor (not excel or similar software). Sometimes such editor add extra symbols to the file after changing
