Import Button Disappears on Order Items Import

Version 4.16.1 Ultimate

?dispatch=exim.import&section=orders

When you hit the “Order Items” in Import orders the "import button is not present

Tested both in chrome and edge, no ad blockers

It looks ok for me on the clean 4.16.1 version

This is the known bug, that fortunately was already fixed and the fix will be included into the upcoming 4.16.2 version. In order to fix it in the current version, please apply the attached .diff file.
