Is there a way to import amazon products into cs cart. I have been using a affiliate program using a blog…and was wondering if this can be done with cs cart?

Has anyone else added Amazon products to their cs- cart? One thing I would be worried about would be losing customers to Amazon, I mean instead of them buying products I stock they might find alternatives at Amazon once they have been diverted there to buy other products I list from them on my site but don't stock myself.
