I can not assign vendors any store front in CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.14.3

We are using CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.14.3 on our live store https://dismacromarket.com.
We are experiencing an issue where some vendors return a 404 error on the frontend, even though they are fully configured in the admin panel (active status, vendor plan assigned, products available, SEO name set, etc.).

Example:
Vendor name: Pura Brasa
Vendor ID: 16244
Frontend URL: https://dismacromarket.com/pura-brasa/ → returns 404
Admin URL: /***.php?dispatch=companies.update&company_id=16244

We’ve identified that the issue is likely caused by these vendors not being assigned to any storefront — and in our current admin interface, we do not see any option to assign storefronts to vendors.
There is no “Storefronts” tab or selector when editing a vendor, and no relevant configuration under Settings > Vendors.

We do not have direct database access, so we cannot manually assign storefronts via SQL either.

This is a critical issue as vendors appear in vendor search and listings, but their store pages do not load, confusing customers.

Is this vendor has Active status?

Yes! it is Active
It has everything configurated minus the storefront

Are there any vendors assigned to that storefront? If yes, and you don’t need to limit access to this storefront to any of your vendors, you can remove them all from this storefront and it will become available to all vendors.

Go to Settings → Storefronts → store-front settings page → Vendors tab and try to remove all vendors there
