Users are not able to see the full text that opens up the tooltip
Should be used a different way to display the text

I have checked this in the default theme. Text can be scrolled, so I don’t see any issue here.

The issue has been fixed, the fix will be included into the 4.17.1 version. The terms of use tooltip has been replaced with a popup.
