Hi,

There is no function of the cs-cart that allows hyperlinking in the chat, is there a way we can implement this since it's pretty useful?

I have checked this issue in the version 4.14.3 and seems like hyperlinks are working properly.

Could you please let me know which version you are using?

Upgrade 4.14.1 - 4.14.1.SP1
