Can anyone help us to find if there is an option to hyperlink to a list of all blog posts we add (we use the recent news system), so that we could paste links around the site to www.landscaping.co.uk/blog

Actually there is no separate page with all blog posts. But you can add parent post to your blog
Then go to the 'Update post' page, click on gear icon and select the Preview item. You will be redirected to the post page with the list of all child posts.
Use the URL in the browser address bar for your menu item
