How vendor can enable / disable shipping method created at admin level which is applicable for all vendors

Hello

You can't do it. Only main admin can do it.

The vendor can only turn off deliveries he has created or owns.

So how main admin can disable shipping method on any vendor level which he enabled for all vendors.?
