How to turn of CSS Join 4.0.3

Hi

How do you turn off css join in 4.0.3

I want to be able to see the true paths for my css fills using firebug.

But the setting in all forum post

‘join_css’ => false, // is used to unite css files into one file



Is simply not in my local.config.php

Found the setting I was looking for

in design Template editor menu

Set CSS Debug mode to on.
