How to setup the shipping cost diferent on destinations

I know how to setup prices based on quantity, weight, and price, but don’t know how to setup shipping cost different on different destinations?

In the ‘Shipping charges’ tab of your manual shipping method, select a link where it says “Show rates for location”. You can set separate rates for each location for a given shipping method.
