How can I require the public to enter email address in order to post their comments or reviews?

Reasons why email should be required:

*Some people prefer asking questions on our product page versus Contact Us page

*It would allow us to host Giveaway promotions that require your email before commenting on Page.

*Public often post comments & questions on my project log pages. I would like option to email them

*Public can submit email to be notified when products are restocked, why not Reviews & Comments?

I am afraid, there is no easy way to do it. Since changes in templates, php files and database are required to store and display e-mail.

That should be used for actually rating a product. "This product is good and/or bad because...."
