How to recover admin password?

I need urgently help. When i click forget password and entering my real email ID, its not taking, i always use that email ID and never changed it before. How should i force to get new password so i can access the admin dashboard. I am running csc 2.1.4 . PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi you can change it through phpMyAdmin in cscart_users > password. As the password is MD5 encrypted, you will have to create a new one e.g. with this tool https://secure.pctools.com/guides/password/ and change it.

Thanks problem was solved by myself by entering correct password which i recently comes in my mind. I will follow your steps if face this problem again.
