I wanted to make surcharge discount on wire transfer method but the cs-cart count the discount from the total price which is Products price + shipping price
How to configure it to only calculate that only on the product price.

The other thing I want to make the shipping cost separated from delivery cost in the invoice and at the checkout I need it to be showing as this
Product price
Shipping cost
Delivery cost*
couldn't find a way to do it and I didn't find an add-on that could do that for me.
