I want to make links jump to specific locations on that page, just as the links on cs-cart FAQ perform (https://www.cs-cart.com/faq.html

Unfortunately my knowledge atm isn't quite there yet,

So once again I turn to this wonderful community for help :P

Any thoughts how to go about this?
