How to enable the live help addon on at front end of shop

Hi guys,

I just installed the live help addon at the back end of shop. but i can not see any live hep icons on front shop. Can someone explain it for me ?

Please add a block for Live Help. Go to Design->Blocks, add block with Block content: Live Help.
