How To Edit Text Not Found In Language Translations?

How can I edit text that's not found in Language Translations?

These are 2 different Cases.



First one is the text in each payment method. You can edit this from the payment menu for each payment.



Second one is the text in order Status under orders menu. You can set for each Status a different text. Just edit each text.

Thanks! I had just found a KB for the emails - you have to use the proper search terms and “order status” wasn’t one I was thinking of!

What’s odd is the “footer” text of all emails “Thank you for using our shopping cart” is in Languages :-)
