How to edit permissions on Order Statuses

Hi,



I am using Multivendor edition. What I’d like to be able to do is set permissions on certain Order Statuses, so for example:



The Root Administrator can change an order with an “Open” status to (one I have created) a “Ready For Dispatch” status while not allowing a Vendor to be able to change it. So whilst the status is “Open”, the Vendor has no permissions to change it.



So just to summarize, I would like the Root Administrator to be able to set some order statuses that a Vendor is not able to set, and also the Vendor have permissions to be able to set certain Order statuses.



Hope that makes sense. Can anybody tell me how I can make this change and what files I will need to configure?
