How to create a custom block for a page?

Okay so I created a page and then one of the options is to add a block to the page



I click on the link to add a block but then it says that no “custom block is defined”, I then click in the created custom blocks link and then you are just sent to the normal blocks page



How do I create a block for a new page?

Sorted… when you get sent to the blocks page, ypu just create the block and its automatically assigne dto the page
