as far as I know you must first also export the varations (as they are called). For a couple of smartphones I’ve tested this and it worked fine. See screenshots below:
Option combinations should first be converted to product variations, otherwise it won’t be possible to import this data into the new version of CS-Cart.

this i tryed not working
hi ok can try this again but when i update the store to new version and then i have many wrong msg when its converted to the new one
ok thx then ill make a sub dit with the backup shop and the there can be fixed then because the store is live still we cant have the site down for a day
