How to change to fixed layouts?

I’m using default orange template and I would like to change it to fixed width. Could you show me how to do it?

You will need to do the opposite of this.

I’m a bit confusing with all the code. I think its not an easy thing to do. :-(

Basically you are commenting one set of code and uncommenting the other. There are notes in the file which explain what you need to do.
