How To Change These Details On Customer Emails?

I'd like to know how to change the default message that people see in the emails my web site sends out. After the order has been placed, they get a confirmation that says,

Hello Joe,

The status of your order has been changed to paid.

(see screenshot attached)

Also, on the bottom right of the email it says "Get Social" and under that there are icons for Facebook and Twitter. However, if clicked, the Facebook icon takes you to the Facebook home page, and the Twitter icon takes you to the Twitter home page. How can I make it so that when clicked, these will take the customer to my company's Facebook page and Twitter page?

My Design menu doesn't have Email Templates. It just has Templates. See attached.
