I’m logged into my one and only administrator account, yet I can’t seem to approve an affiliate that just signed up. I just put this program live. I can’t figure it out for the life of me.
Every tutorial refers to the “approve affiliates” sidebox. This is not present for me. How do I fix this?
Select affiliates tab then sub heading affiliates.
put a tick in the box at the side of the affiliates name (person) and at bottom of screen next to save button select “choose action” drop down the mark as approved.
once approved then select the affiliate plan (which you should have already set up)on the right of screen
