How to add Table of Contents to articles, post on CS-Cart?

Hi,

My website is using CS-Cart version 4.12.2.SP2.
I want to add a Table of Contents to the articles on my website, is there any code or instructions to do this?
I researched and consulted on the internet but couldn’t find anything about this issue.

The simple way and free is to just add the Table of Contents into the document content otherwise will require a custom development for it to be autogenerated as here for example
