How To Add Staff Note To Each Product?

I want to add some note to each product, but only can see staff person. How to add it? such as the cost price, information of suppliers, etc…

You could write a simple addon to do that. But nothing in the core cart will do it. You might be able to use a hidden product feature for your purpose.
