How can we add some documents for a vendor, where can we add it ? Does this functionality exist.?

I am afraid, there is no such a feature. As as workaround, please add hidden product, enable the Attachments module and attach files to this product

Oh ok, cant the attachment plugin work for the vendor?

Also if i do it like you say then will any one be able to see those docs or download them since i want only the admin to see those docs.

Valid Request probably if some one can extend the existing attachment functionality for a Vendor.
