Looking to add Facebook Pixel - contents are JS code and a 1x1 pixel image for tracking. The CS-Cart KB's make me want to jump off a cliff, this forum post seems about right but not sure if noscript would work and it seems to complicated for such a simple task?

In Design|Layouts, hover over [Default] and click the gear icon. There is a section called "Custom HTML Code" for placing code between the tags. I ?think? you will need to change the script tag to , otherwise, the script may be moved toward the bottom of the page.

Thanks dswood, I'll give that a go.
For now I just added the code to the footer of index.tpl template from the default theme I generated our custom theme from.
